Valentine’s Day Poetry at the Mall
A store at a Houston mall called us in a panic. They’d hired a writing agency to pen a personalized Valentine’s note to go with every gift they sold but at the last minute the group backed out. One of our writers was up to the challenge and at the store the next day. After getting to know each customer a bit, our writer crafted each of them a unique poem, like this one:

Native American Oral History Book
A Native American tribe in east central Minnesota asked us to chronicle their historical past. Our writers traveled to Minnesota to capture each elder’s incredible life story, preserving their legacy and passing down knowledge to the next generations.
While some of the elders were eager to share their stories, others were more reserved and understandably shy. By working closely with the elders and building trust, our team was able to complete the history book — and have a unique cultural experience of their own.

A chatbot technology developer who designs software used for automated conversations with people approached us to write a request for proposal (RFP) response to illustrate their technical expertise and experience.
